Personalization
- Customize each piece with different images/messages to grab the recipient's attention.
- A generic postcard normally has around a 1.5-2% rate of return. By adding Variable-Data, we have seen responses increase up to 30%!
- Variable Data Printing (VDP) may be the pathway to reaching those additional people. VDP will allow you to customize your message to the individual.
- Todays market often requires that people be recognized as individuals and this method will allow you to connect with them by sending a personalized piece which matches up with what they want, who they are, and with a timely delivered message.

Print Services offers a variety of electronic pre-press services that are designed to help all levels of designers using various kinds of software to produce projects ranging in complexity from one-color postcards to full-color brochures. University Communication Brand Guide
When creating publications for the University you must follow the branding guidelines. (For example, logos should be high resolution.) All the information you need to be accurate in your use of the University's media can be found in UCOMM's Brand Guide*We check for Brand Guide compliance and correct anything necessary when files are submitted for printing. We will let you know if your project is unacceptable and can suggest alternatives to make it acceptable.
Box File Upload
